Terms & Conditions

Welcome to LV Artistry. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LV Artistry and any services offered by LV Artistry. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use our services.

Subscription & Billing
1.1. By signing up for our monthly eyelash extension service subscription pack, you agree to be billed in a recurring manner on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
1.2. All prices are displayed in AUD, and payments will be processed accordingly.

Appointments & Bookings
2.1. Monthly subscribers are entitled to 4 services (any) each month.
2.2. Appointments can be booked online, via instagram DM, or in-person.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule bookings at our discretion.
2.4. If you have <40% lashes remaining and booked a refill instead of a full set, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of $30.

 

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations with no prior communication may result in a forfeiture of a service for that month.
3.2. No-shows will be considered as having used that entire month's service and result in a forfeiture of that entire month's service entitlement.
3.3. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling of the appointment.

 

Subscription Cancellation
4.1. Subscribers may cancel their monthly service subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current subscription month.
4.2. Subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.

 

Safety & Hygiene
5.1. All tools and products are sanitised to ensure utmost hygiene and safety.
5.2. If any irritation or allergic reaction occurs after the service, please notify us immediately. Clients are responsible for communicating any known allergies before receiving the service.

 

Aftercare & Maintenance
6.1. Clients are advised to follow our aftercare guidelines to maintain the longevity and quality of their eyelash extensions.
6.2. We are not responsible for the reduced lifespan of eyelash extensions due to a client's negligence or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

 

Refunds & Redos
7.1. We aim for client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We may offer a touch-up or redo, subject to our discretion.
7.2. No refunds will be provided for services rendered.

 

Limitation of Liability
8.1. Our liability for any claims arising out of these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription service. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

 

Changes to Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
