1. General

Thank you for choosing LV Artistry for your lash extension services. We are dedicated to ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services. However, due to the unique nature and the time involved in providing our personalised lash extension services, we have a strict No Refund Policy.

2. No Refunds

All sales for lash extension services are final. Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be provided, whether in full or in part. We will not provide a refund for dissatisfaction with the result or for any perceived inconsistency with expectations.

3. Service Concerns

If you are not completely satisfied with the outcome of your lash extension service:

a. Please communicate with our technician immediately after the service is rendered so adjustments can be made if possible.

b. Reach out to us within 48 hours of your appointment, so we can address any concerns you may have.

 

4. Deposits and Pre-Payments

Any deposits or pre-payments made for scheduling lash extension appointments are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice (typically 48 hours) is given.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled without at least 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposits or pre-payments made for that appointment.

6. Acknowledgment

By booking a lash extension service with LV Artistry, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
